Graphic Designer

We are currently looking for a Graphic Designer who is passionate about branding, visual identity packages, collateral, print and digital advertisement as well as web design. Candidates must be flexible, enjoy collaboration, be well organized, self-motivated, and have the ability to multitask with an attention to detail. Candidates must have strong communication skills and the ability to develop strong and collaborative working relationships with internal and external partners, freelancers and vendors. Willingness to take ownership and work independently under tight deadlines is a must.

Professional Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Fluent in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to be flexible and meet strict deadlines

Job Responsibilities:

  • Creation, thematic development and production of creative collateral for client accounts including: logos, collateral, advertisements, eblasts, banner ads, print design, and website design
  • Production (text layout, graphic and diagram creation, proofing, print and preparation) of Company sales proposals and print materials
  • Manage preferred vendor relationships (web development and programmers, print, and signage)

WordPress Developer

We are looking for an experienced (5+ years’ experience required) and passionate WordPress developer dedicated to their craft and ready to hit the ground running as part of our fast-paced team in a growing digital marketing firm. You will need to have a strong internal drive, a strong understanding of industry trends, and content management systems. We are currently looking for someone in a contract/freelance capacity with the ability to grow into a full-time position.

Responsibilities And Duties:

  • Primary web development resource for day-to-day internal marketing initiatives
  • Develop responsive websites and/or web applications with a mobile-first approach
  • Design and implement new website features and functionality to stay in alignment with market dynamics and industry trends
  • Deliver high-performing and efficient web sites, pages, and services
  • Manage all day-to-day technical aspects of Content Management System
  • Accountable for Q/C on WordPress initiatives/websites
  • Support team to perform SEO related development tasks in WordPress
  • Participate in the design, coding, testing, and debugging of new or existing code
  • Collaborate with front-end developers and graphic designers on user-facing elements
  • Contribute to all phases of the development life cycle and participate in cross-functional technology projects/initiatives
  • Troubleshoot common transactional areas such as lead flow, attribution, and overall page/site performance
  • Work with debugging tools to account for technical needs of sites, apps, and integrations with high volume traffic
  • Write HTML and CSS modifications ensuring consistent style across platforms and browsers
  • Edit and make changes to front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery across multiple brand websites
  • Work independently and prioritize work schedule to meet project deadlines

Qualifications And Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years developing WordPress websites/PHP & Elementor page builder
  • Experience with cross-browser compatibility and SEO/Tag Management principles
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to learn quickly in various technical and creative environments
  • Experience managing and integrating CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, and other third-party tools with WordPress

Account Executive

We are currently looking for an Advertising Account executive who is passionate about working in a collaborative and creative environment. Candidates must have strong organizational, problem-solving, and social skills to build collaborative relationships with internal and external partners, freelancers and vendors.
Ability to work in-office 5 days per week at our San Antonio location is a must. 2-3 years of experience in account management is required, with a preference towards bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications or a related field. Candidates must have an understanding of internal and external processes, proficiency in MAC/PC, Microsoft Office, and standard project management software.

Responsibilities And Duties:

  • Manage development and execution of a variety of campaigns plus individual projects
  • Guide the creative process across all applicable departments (production, creative, studio, etc.)
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of the Client’s business to ensure consistent delivery on their needs and objectives
  • Communicate clearly internally and externally bringing clarity to all aspects of projects
  • Manage and schedule all Client meetings and track time accordingly
