TradeCraft agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding all client information, materials, and data shared during the course of the engagement, except as required by law. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of final approved deliverables transfers to the client. TradeCraft retains ownership of all preliminary materials, concepts, and unselected creative.

Electronic Acceptance Statement

By signing below, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined above and authorizes TradeCraft to proceed with work as outlined in subsequent proposals and statements of work.
